Less than 2 weeks in the market before going to contract and sold to a CASH buyer.
215 W 105 street apt 3F Brian represented the seller of this 1 bedroom coop on the Upper West side. The property went to contract for almost full asking price to a CASH purchaser. A reasonably fast process with the board and closing was achieved within 3 months of listing.
